Shirts By Sarah Shipping Information
Each and every item at Shirts By Sarah is hand printed just for you! We kindly ask for 2-4 business days to produce your 'stock' design. Custom orders may require up to 5 business days to process. Please plan for processing/production time when ordering.
All items are shipped from Upstate NY via USPS mail service. We currently offer shipping to PO Boxes as well as to Military at APO/FPO addresses.
Most customers receive their item(s) within 6-8 business days from the order date. Expedited orders are normally received within 3-5 business days from the order date. Estimations include processing/printing time. These are simply estimates. In transit delays and production delays can happen! Please plan ahead. Custom orders take longer to process. Shipping to APO/FPO may take longer.
We do offer international shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your country as well as time needed to clear customs. Shirts By Sarah takes NO responsibility for international orders. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all VAT/Taxes/Fees the recipient's country may impose on imported goods. We will not alter your customs declaration to reduce the VAT/Fees/Taxes you may owe. Please do not ask us to do so.
Shirts By Sarah Return Information
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on stock items. If you need to return an item, please remember to include all packing materials as well as your order to number to avoid being charged a restocking fee.
Worn items, items with odors and items damaged by the customer will be charged a restocking fee.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense, however we do refund the original shipping paid on the order.
In the event you need to exchange for a different size/color, we will refund the original order and have you repurchase the correct size/color.
We do not accept returns on custom printed items.
